Looking for vendors to take part in the CPIC CHECKED program

We are looking for retailers and vendors to take part in the CPIC checked program.  The cost are as follows: initial fee is $195 per company.  First year Cpic check is the fingerprint query with a cost of $95 per person.  Subsequent year name Cpic check is $50 per person.
The initial fee includes 2 signs and 2 window decals, and the $95 fingerprint fee includes a CPIC Checked tag:

Your enrollment also includes CPIC Checked personals to have a unique badge number, and will be included on our official CPIC Checked database.  With your consent, this database will be accessible by public.
